The Halloween Cat
Once there was a cat that was a witch! The cat had an owner named Max who loves to go for walks and read. he would go to the library five times a week but the library had a pool for cats. But this time the colour of the water was green! There was a pumpkin by the pool it had green food colouring coming out of it. The librarian James had a sore back, so when he lifted the pumpkin he fell backwards. Oh no! James has broken his legs! Then the cat cackled and went swimming...
Cyrus, the cat sounds a little 'evil' - I liked the idea that he 'cackled'. Your story fits well into Halloween week - hope you had fun on Halloween.
